Your OKRs represent strategic goals. Your Linear initiatives represent the coordinated work to achieve them. Now you can connect the two, giving leadership visibility into delivery progress while keeping execution details where they belong.
What Gets Synced
- Progress — See initiative completion percentage inline on your objective
- Status — Planned, In Progress, or Completed
- Project Count — Number of projects in the initiative
- Initiative Updates — Latest updates from your team appear in the activity feed
How to Connect
- Go to Settings → Integrations and click Connect on the Linear card
- Authorize Runsheet to access your Linear workspace
- Edit an objective and use the initiative picker to link it to a Linear initiative
- View the linked initiative card on the objective page
Progress vs. Confidence
Initiative progress is evidence, not a replacement for judgment. A 50% complete initiative might warrant high confidence if work is going smoothly, or low confidence if blockers emerged. Use Linear progress to inform your confidence scores during check-ins.
